The S-curve in our logo represents the cyclic nature of a system or of learning – it starts slowly as background knowledge is attained. Learning then accelerates as the background knowledge supports robust growth. Finally, the top of the curve represents the exhaustion or limit of what the background knowledge supports. At this point, reorganization is needed for further growth in a second generation of the curve.

Thus our logo vividly represents the behavior over time that can be expected when a school or district pairs with our team and uses our tools. We facilitate the three distinct parts of the classic S-curve throughout our training. With each project, educators build passion slowly, accelerate learning through risk taking and consolidate understanding through reflection and data analysis.

We believe the system is the solution. Changing how an entity selects technology, implements it and approaches problems results in solutions that are effective for the long term.
